5．Application Condition

Impurities and dusts on the primary deck coverings or other deck coverings are to be removed.

Severe roughness is to be stuffed or grounded flush with the surface of the deck beforehand.

Primary deck coverings or other deck coverings of strong water absorption are to moisturized and sprayed with water or maintenance agent in advance.

 

6．Blending Ratio and Method

Blending ratio: One pack of the setting promoting powder with one barrel of the latex.

First, mix the setting promoting powder and the latex in to a container and stir with an agitator to form even slurry, inducting five minutes, stir the slurry again and the covering is ready for application.

 

7． Application Procedure

 Pour the mixed leveling covering onto the primary deck coverings or other deck coverings, trim the coverings with a trowel to form a layer of 2-3mm thick. The coverings will self level of form a smooth and flat surface.

 

8． Attention

 The leveling covering is a quick-drying and quick-hardening material, so stirring and applying should be finished in 15minutes. It is recommended that the coverings should be stirred and applied on the site.

The setting promoting powder should not be used together with other cements.

In the application period, the environmental temperature may be a range 5℃ -30℃.

When the coverings are applied, it should be kept for one day, it is not permitted to enter the construction site until the covering is fully cured.

All materials are to be stored free from sunlight, rain dip and under the specified temperature. The quality assurance period of the covering is 4 months.
