NJ-8500 Super Adhesive ix composed of strong adhesion high polymer synthetic latex, specific water-hardening setting promoting powder and multifarious assistant agents. It is scientifically and reasonably developed and manufactured. It has simple application process, strong adhesion to cement mortars, concretes, stones, ceramic materials. It is adhered and cured quickly, it has characters of little shrinkage ratio, flame-retardant, not hold up adhering on wall, not damage the skins of operators that use it long-term. It obviously reduces the shipment weights, improves the application performances, and protects the physical health of operators.

5. Blending Ratio and Method

One barrel of the solid powder r with one barrel of the latex liquid.

First, pour the latex liquid into a clean container, then pour solid powder into the container slowly, stir them with an agitator to form even slurry, and it is ready for application.

 

6.  Application Procedure

Before covering, the oil and sewages on the base surfaces must be removed, and maintain the sufficient moisture.

The decorative materials of which the water-absorption is move than 5%shall be immersed with water. It should not be used until non air-bubbles occur.

Whether adhering vertically of adhering horizontally, this product can be used in mud erasing or bricklaying. The mud erasing is a method that coats the adhesives directly onto the base surface and levels it; bricklaying is a method that coats the adhesives onto the decorative materials. The thickness of above mentioned coating methods should be within 7-10mm, the consume amount should be about 14-20kg per square meter.

In quick succession, extrude the decorative materials by hand, make them combine with adhesives, and level flattening as well as hemline.

 

7. Attention

The maintenance period should be 24hours at the ambient temperature. In the maintenance period, the irrelative peoples can not enter the operating areas so as to avoid destroying.

The pot life of mixed adhesives should be one hour, it should be affected if overdue pot life.

All materials are to be stored free from sunlight, rain dip and under the specified temperature. The quality assurance period of the covering is 4 months.
