NF type cement covering is composed of pure natural aggregate,high strength setting promoting powder and various assistant agents.It is scientifically and reasonably developed and manufactured.It has high cured strength,strong waterproof,and good flame retardant.Its application process is simple.and it is convenient for application and formed in once.This product is applicable for the primary deck covering application of ship bow compartment and stern compartment,galley and sanitary etc.damp cabins.

Application Condition
l The iron rusts,paints,water and impurities on steel deck plates are to be removed meanwhile the surface preparation is carried out according to the requirements of Grade P2 of CB3230 or Grade St2 of ISO8501-1.
l Increasing cement coverings adhesion to steel deck plates,it is recommended that the cement saddle-shaped stiffeners should be pre-welded,and the quantities of the stiffeners should be about 16 pieces per square meter.
l All the cables,pipes and embedded parts installations that may interfere with the application of coverings are to be finished beforehand.
Blending Ratio and Method
l Blending ratio of face deck covering:1 pack setting promoting powder matching with 2 bag stuffing aggregate,and then add about 15～18kg clean water.
l Method of Preparation:Firstly feed setting promoting powder(component A)and stuffing aggregate(component B)into the agitator and stirring,then while add the specified clean water,the covering is ready for application when it is even and in a state like thick mud.
Application Procedures
l Pour the mixed covering onto the covered surfaces,evenly trim and consolidate with a ruler,and then level the covering surface.
l The thickness of coverings should be 20～40mm,if the thickness is over 40mm.it is recommended that the application should be carried out in 2 batches.
Attention
l The maintenance period should be 24 hours at the ambient temperature.In the maintenance period,the irrelative peoples can not enter the operating ares so as to avoid destroying.
l The pot life of mixed coverings should be 45 minutes,it should be affected if overdue pot life.
l All materials are to be stored free from sunlight,rain dip,and under the environment temperature of 5～30℃。The quality assurance period of the covering is 3 months.
